3. Voice recordings and transcripts
Speaking activities may record the user’s voice. Recordings or transcripts may be sent to configured transcription, AI or evaluation providers when the feature requires it.
4. AI processing
Only information necessary for the requested AI feature should be sent to the configured provider. AI processing is identified in the relevant interface.
5. Security and retention
The platform applies access controls, secure sessions, password hashing, validation, logging and server-side secret storage. Retention periods are configured by the administrator according to the applicable policy.
6. User requests
Users may contact support to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, financial, security and examination-integrity obligations.
